Margaret's Holiday Polish Sausage in Bourbon Sauce 
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Ketchup
1 1/3 cup Bourbon
2 Onions Grated

Mix all ingredients and simmer over a low burner for 20 minutes.

Add a one pound link of Polish Sausage, diagonally sliced into bite sized pieces.

Simmer for 1/2 hour.

Try this as an appetizer at your next party. It can be made the night before.  Heat it up & keep it warm in a crock pot. You will receive rave reviews from your guests.
