Vesta Elliott's Baked Corn |
1 can crushed corn
1 cup milk
2 beaten eggs
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Bread crumbs or crushed cornflakes
Butter or margarine
Beat eggs.
Mix all together.
Top with breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes
Pat butter on top.
Bake 1 hour at 325�
