PATTY COLE'S CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

1/4 CUP HEAVY CREAM 
2 TABLESPOONS KAHLUA 
6 OZ. SWEET CHOCOLATE (MADE BY GERMAN'S) BREAK INTO PIECES 
4 TABLESPOONS SWEET BUTTER (SOFTENED POWDERED UNSWEETENED COCOA (HERSHEY'S)

BOIL CREAM UNTIL IT IS DOWN TO 2 TABLESPOONS (ALL THAT IS LEFT IS FAT)  TAKE OFF HEAT.
 STIR IN KAHLUA - ADD CHOCOLATE 
(PUT BACK ON LOW BURNER) AND STIR UNTIL CHOCOLATE MELTS. 
WISK IN BUTTER UNTIL SMOOTH. 
POUR INTO GLASS BAKING DISH (MAKE A THIN LAYER) AND PUT IN FRIDGE FOR 1 AND 1/2 HOURS.
 MAKE SMALL BALLS AND ROLL IN COCOA. 
(ROLL IN POWDERED SUGAR FOR A CONTRAST IN COLOR IF YOU WISH. 

TAKE OUT 30 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
