HOME MADE MACARONI  AND CHEESE
 
1LB  ELBOW MACARONI
1LB AMERICAN CHEESE
1LB LONGHORNE CHEESE
1/2 LB SHARP CHEESE
3 EGGS
MILK
 
GRATE ALL OF YOUR CHEESE THE NIGHT BEFORE ,PUT IT IN SEPARATE QUART BAGGIES ,KEEP IN REFRIGERATOR.
 
COOK YOUR ELBOW MACARONI ABOUT 4 OR 5 MIN NO LONGER
STRAIN IT AND PUT IT INTO ROASTER  ,

WHIP YOUR EGGS IN ABOUT 2 CUPS MILK, START ADDING MILK AND CHEESE TO THE MACARONI .

SAVE ABOUT HALF OF AMERICAN CHEESE TO PUT OVER TOP 

 WHEN YOU HAVE ADDED EVERY THING, MAKE SURE ALL OF THE MACARONI IS COVERED WITH MILK SO THE NOODLES DON'T GET HARD
TAKE YOUR MILK CARTON AND POUR IT UNTIL THE NOODLES ARE COVERED ,

SPRINKLE AMERICAN CHEESE OVER TOP
BAKE AT 350 FOR 1HR  30MIN  WITH OUT LID
