
The cooler the bread gets,
the easier it is to slice.
If there is any left the
next day, it's yummy toasted.

3 cups self rising flour
1/3rd cup - sugar
1 12 oz beerMix the three ingredients just until everything is
combined well & all flour is mixed.
Dough will be kind of stiff and lumpy.
Spoon into greased loaf pan and bake at 350� for 55 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush top with melted butter or margarine.
Cool for 10 minutes.
Serve warm.
