| DEE CHOVANEC'S LATTICE TOP CHICKEN

1 CAN (10 3/4 OZ) condensed cream of potato soup
1 cup milk
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
1 bag (16oz) mixed frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower - thawed & drained
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (2.8oz) Durkee French Fried Onions
1 package (4oz) refrigerator crescent rolls
Combine soup, milk, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese & 1/2 cup onions.
Place in 8 x 12 baking dish.
Bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Unwrap crescent rolls. Separate into 2 triangles. Press together. Perforate edges. Cut each triangle lengthwise into strips.
Place on casserole to make lattice top.
Bake uncovered 15 minutes longer.
Top lattice top with remaining cheese & onions.
Bake uncovered 3 - 5 minutes longer until golden brown.
Makes 6-8 servings.
