Heavenly Fruit  Dip

 
 
1/2 cup sugar (or substitute 12 pkgs. of Equal)
2 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 cup pineapple juice
1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup whipping cream whipped
 
Combine 1st five ingredients in a heavy saucepan.  Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.  Let cool completely; fold in whipped cream.  Serve with fresh fruit.  Yields about 2 cups
