Great Aunt Kathy's Corn Scallop


 

 

Great Aunt Kathy's Corn Scallop

1   15oz can cream style corn   

1   15oz can whole kernel corn

1    stick butter (You can substitute a stick of margarine)

1    cup sour cream   

             7 oz pkg "Jiffy" brand Corn muffin mix

             2 egg whites - stiffly beaten

            Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
            Pour into a 9 X 13 baking dish.    
            Bake at 350* degrees for 35 to 40
            Mixture will puff up and crust on top.
