Thomas Wilson's "Homemade Pound Cake"

| Preheat oven to 350�.
In a large bowl. mix 1 box cake mix (Betty Crocker or Duncan Hines work best.) any flavor., 1 small instant pudding with either vanilla flavor or a type that goes with the cake mix. , 3 eggs, 1/3 cup oil, 1 cup water. Mix all together with a whisk or hand mixer. Pour into a greased tube pan. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes until a tooth pick stuck into the top of the cake comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool 1 hour prior to removing from pan. No need to ice. It is a rich desert. Great with cool whip or ice cream on top. |
