Hash browns with Cheese - Harriet Crozier

 2 lbs - Frozen Hash browns/onions/green peppers
1 cup melted butter
teaspoon salt/pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 pint Sour Cream
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 

Mix all ingredients in a 9 x 13 pan 

Bake 350⁰  for 45 minutes
