Pistachio Cake
1 Duncan Hines Deluxe Butter Recipe
Golden Cake Mix
4 Eggs
2 3oz boxes Royal Pistachio pudding
6ozs walnut pieces
1/4cup Buttery popcorn oil
2 tbsp cinnamon sugar & 2
tbsp sugar
8oz sour cream
Preheat oven to 350
degrees
Grease Bundt pan with enough
oil to cover
1)Hand mix in bowl: eggs, cake mix,
pudding,oil
and sour cream
2)In a separate bowl, mix
sugar,cinnamon sugar &
nuts
3)Pour 1/2 cake mixture in pan, Then
add 1/2 of nut
mixture
4)Add rest of cake mix to pan
5)Swirl mixture in pan with a knife
slightly, then add
rest of the nut mix over top
6)Bake 1 hour@ 350, tap cake * if it
springs up, it's done.
