Orange Cake Recipe

 

1 Box Yellow Cake Mix

1 Small box Lemon Jello   

1 Cup boiling water    Little less than

2/3cup Wesson oil,       

3 eggs

 

Grease tube pan

Mix all ingredients and pour in pan

Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes

When almost cool , remove from tube pan

turn right side up just like it was in the pan

and place on plate. 

 

Mix 1/2cup orange juice w/ 3/4 cup of sugar

Stir orange juice and sugar in a pan over

low heat till sugar dissolves

Working around cake, poke a fork in cake

and pull apart just a little and pour juice 

mixture in.  Keep going until you've poured all

the juice over.  Good to do the day before you 

serve it, but not necessary
